Our TGAC trip planner for Germany and Austria is Ute Mehlhorn, a native German living in Thuringia, Germany. She knows her home country very well and can help you even with special interest inquiries.
We always start with listening to you and learning about your individual travel plans and interests. Based on that we then talk about the particular travel services you inquire with us: day-by-day trip itinerary, our suggestions for places to visit / things to do, transportation (rental car, train tickets, public transportation), arrangements for local english speaking guides, accommodation (suggestions, reservations), tips for local restaurants (based on your preferences), general Germany travel tips etc.

You get to pick the service you want and need. We - TGAC - charge a flat Trip Planning Service fee based on the extent of our service provided. With our native German trip planning expert, we don't limit our customers to internationally operating suppliers with commission-based booking offers. As an example, most small town hotels and family-run country inns don't participate in international commission-based booking platforms. We rather have the full flexibility - and transparency for our customers - and therefore work with an individual flat service fee instead.
